Payment is required at booking time in order to confirm/hold your reservation. We accept cash, e-Transfers and Credit Card. Bookings will not be confirmed until your payment is successfully processed.
What times do we take down the display?
Our signs are generally booked for a 24hr period. We will set up the sign either the evening before or morning of the event and take down will be 24 hrs later. Events where the sign is set up in public locations, the sign will be taken down after the event that same day. Times can be adjusted depending on the availability of your rented items. We can work together on this.

When do I book?
All SIGN UP THE YARD rentals are first come, first serve for available dates. . Our aim is to meet all your yard card needs. Feel free to book on this site or call us at number above.
Can I book for more than one day?
Having a weekend celebration? No problem. Our cards can be rented for a second consecutive day for a $65 fee, subject to availability.

*Please do not allow anyone to tamper with or re-arrange the display. You are responsible for missing or damaged items and will be invoiced in the event of loss or damage.
SUMMER MONTHS ONLY: When possible, please water your lawn for 20 minutes on the day of the installation if the location of the sign will be in soil/grass. Please advise us of a sprinkler system in ground where the sign is put up.
Sign Up The Yard and all representatives are Not Responsible or Liable for any damage or injury that may incur to any person or personal property including property damage during the set-up, placement or removal of our sign displays.

Refund policy:
Cancellations of basic sign set ups can receive a full refund up to two weeks prior to the celebration date.
No refunds will be given due to the client giving us the wrong address, the homeowner requesting us to remove the lawn display, denied access to setup due to a gated community or animals that prevent the display from being set up.
Weather conditions: Sometimes Mother Nature does not like to co-operate! If we cannot set-up a display due to extreme weather conditions such as very high winds, thunderstorms, blizzards you would have the choice to rebook or receive a FULL refund.
